Date/Almond Carob Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla (or orange) flavoring
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Frontier herbs
- 1 Cup of mashed Medjool dates or date paste
- 1 Cup of carob powder or cacao powder
- 1 Cup of almond butter (or cashew butter)
- Pinch of lecithin
Directions:
Mix in food processor or blender or mashed by hand and form into balls or rolls.
Variation: roll the balls in shredded coconut (my preference).
