Olympic Athlete of Century Carl Lewis on Vegan Health Benefits (VIDEOS)

Carl Lewis is quite well known for winning 9 Olympic gold medals and 1 silver, and subsequently being named “Olympic Athlete of the Century” and “Sportsman of the Century” at the end of the 20th century. Needless to say, he’s set many records in track and field. “His world record in the indoor long jump has stood since 1984 and his 65 consecutive victories in the long jump achieved over a span of 10 years is one of the sport’s longest undefeated streaks,” Great Vegan Athletes writes. “Carl is the only man to defend an Olympic 100 meter or long jump title successfully.”
